RELATIONSHIP & INTIMACY COACHING

with Dra. Yael R. Rosenstock Gonzalez (aka YaeltheSexGeek!)

Your low libido might not be a libido problem at all.

Sometimes desire fades because your body has learned that intimacy comes with pressure.

I offer sex and intimacy coaching for individuals and couples who want to reconnect with desire, consent, and authentic pleasure.

If you've ever thought:

“I want to want sex… but I just don’t.”

“Why does affection sometimes feel like a trap?”

“Am I broken, or is something else going on?”

pssht....

You're not alone — and nothing is wrong with you.

Hi, I'm Yael! I help individuals and couples rebuild desire, safety, and authentic consent by learning how to listen to the body, interrupt people-pleasing patterns, and create intimacy that actually feels good again.

My work blends somatic tools, narrative work, and trauma-aware practices so intimacy can feel curious, spacious, and pleasurable instead of pressured.

I'd love to support your journey back to safety and pleasure.

  • reigniting curiosity and pleasure

Low Libido Isn't Always a Libido Problem

Many people search for help with low libido in relationships, assuming something is wrong with their body or hormones.

But often desire fades because intimacy has become associated with routine, pressure, obligation, or people-pleasing patterns.

My work focuses on helping people rebuild consent, safety, novelty, and authentic desire so intimacy can feel spacious, delicious, and oh so desired.

Please Note:

Because my clients find me through word-of-mouth and/or familiarity with my public work, I do not generally offer free connection and question calls. However, I am excited to have time right now to connect with new folks like you! I recommend taking advantage and signing up for my free calls while they are available and/or joining the group coaching waiting list.

My Approach: Values, Ethics, and Disclaimer

My coaching is grounded in the following principles:

• trauma-aware facilitation

• embodied consent practices

• respect for autonomy and boundaries

• justice-informed relationship education

“Thank you for opening our mind to new possibilities in our intimacy”

Thank you for creating a space for us to feel comfortable

discussing and exploring topics that are actually pretty

taboo in our circles. Also, thank you for opening our mind

to new possibilities in our intimacy...had some bomb ass

arousal sessions that night and yes sessions in plural!
